I’m sorry but once your order has left our warehouse Beth’s Boutique is no longer responsible for your order.
Shipping when I do MARKET LIVES is pre-sale and will have a longer shipping time as these are items that are not ALWAYS in stock and have to be shipped from the vendor. We will always note this in a live IF it’s a “market” live we will let you know!
All orders ship from our warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado
We do not offer express shipping at this time.

Returns:

If you need to return an item, you will need to do so within the first 7 days after delivery. Your item MUST be un-worn, un-washed, in brand-new condition free of make-up, pet hair, and smoke with the original tags attached. The item can be exchanged for shop credit; however, Beth’s Boutique does not offer refunds unless the item you received was defective. Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping fees.

FINAL SALE items are NOT ACCEPTED for store credit. If a final sale is sent to us, we will charge a $8 shipping fee to send the item back to you.

**Customers with a return rate of 35% or higher will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the returned items.**

Please Note: Items shipped to us outside of the 7-day return window (without prior approval) or items returned that are worn, soiled or damaged by improper laundering will be donated to a local charity and unfortunately, no exchange or refund will be granted.

I live in Colorado Springs...where can I make a return locally?

I’m sorry @ this time, we don’t have a place to do so, you will have to ship the item to return it.

What About Clearance Items?

We will have Items in the Last Chance/SALE section on our website and mobile app once in a while, and we will also offer SALE items on our Live Sales from time to time. Because we are offering these items at a significant discount, (usually 50%-70% off or more) NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ON CLEARANCE ITEAMS....ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL.

ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Please note that I spend a great deal of time hand selecting the stones and pieces that I use in my design and and there are irregularities in the stones and other art pieces. These are normal and part of the esthetic of the piece. This is, in my humble opinion, what makes them one of a kind and special! WEARABLE ART!

ALL accessories are FINAL SALE!!!! This includes but is not limited to hats, jewelry, belts, glasses, etc.
